If your talking manifolds, U-pull it is a great place. The 4.3  has a lot of factory manifolds with different  outlets and shapes. I used a AWD astro drivers side for steering box clearance.

Some are stainless headers as well.

The local muffler shop usually has them.

Don't know your final plan but you can pickup an OEM Y pipe for about $60 shipped. If you are going to run single exhaust anyway. If not just about any shop with a bender can flare out a couple.

Found one in my barn off a 1989 Astro Van..looks rusty but it is solid,  you could have it for free.

I've used the Header Buddy setup on a number of different applications with great results. No gaskets required so no  leaks plus infinite angle adjustment.
