Title: Holley Sniper EFI Failure
Post by: 62131 on January 12, 2019, 08:33:09 PM
Three weeks ago went to move my 32, started it would not run or idle very well. Checked all my connections and settings they were good. A/F was at 35.6,put the system in open loop things seemed to improve, suspected bad o2 sensor. I called Holley they confirmed my suspicions. I purchased a new o2 sensor installed it, car ran fine for about 90 seconds or so.  It started running rich again A/F went back to 35.6  Put it back into open loop smoothed out again, called Holley again. This time they told me my ECU was having issues.  They wanted me to send it in to be looked at, they sent me a ups shipping label to ship it back on. They called me two days later told me the ECU had some issues and they were going to replace it and the o2 sensor at no charge. The next day they called me and said they were shipping it back that day then emailed me later with the UPS tracking number. Their customer service group did a great job. Not to often do you find this kind of service,

Glad to hear about good customer service.  Doesn't happen that often today.
