I'd be afraid to shift that one, Ghost!

Here's mine. Lokar "8 ball" on a Lokar shifter. It's a poor man's 4 speed looking shifter. It looks much better than the mushroom handle that came with the shifter. I'm not fooling anyone though, it's still an automatic, just look to the left of the brake pedal..........nothing there :'(

That's where the ART OF THE DECEPTION takes place, installing a clutch pedal to do a FAKIE. Usually involves using the stock brake and clutch pedal assembly. To complete the ruse when leaving the cruise nite, start auto in 1st gear and shift after winding it up a bit.
little bits of nonsense keep us all busy dreaming of these things...........lmao

Mike, that's like stuffing socks down the front of your pants. Sometimes it's just better to accept your shortcomings. ::)

These days there is no reason to apologize for or camouflage an automatic transmission. I really don't like fake stuff like disc brakes hidden in fake drums, or Injectors that look like carbs. Remember the small block valve covers that were supposed to look like a flathead? Wire wheel hub caps, blowers that don't, quick changes that won't, or lakes pipes that aren't are just a waste. We once talked ,over beers, of building a show car called "The Great Pretender" showcasing every fauxney piece we could fit on it, but why waste the time. ;D

Sixball I agree with you if it's not it won't be

don't be a killjoy....add this to your faux list

I have the stock 33 Chevy Eagle on mine.
I found the 33 Master Eagle on eBay for $40, someone panted it red probably to cover up the pitting. I dropped it in a gallon of carb cleaner to remove the red paint and powdered coated it silver. Came out nice...looks like an aluminum finish. May still powder coat it white if my 33 winds up that color. FYI: Powder coating just falls off using that gallon carb soaker.

The 32 Eagle on mine looks like he's going into a heck of a head wind....Must be the V8 that's getting him excited ;)
-
Good looking eagle!
Eagles are making a comeback.

Here's mine.
Shifter knob is a chrome ball. I would normally run something more exciting, but its very user friendly, so I kept it.
Mascot is a chrome dog, that's supposed to be a shifter knob, but those ears have sharp points on em.

Try 2932 parts in ohio, they still might have some of the experi-metal industries run of them, rear fenders , when they produced the 32 all steel roadster.
