Title: Looks like craigslist now charges $5 to list a car/truck?

Tried to list a truck on craigslist for a buddy and was informed that the ad would be $5 for 30 days?  That might cut down on classic car postings....

BUT: Noticed that motorcycles are still free to sell and that the "barter" category is now producing more vehicles for barter ;)

You can thank for the most part the newspapers for that. They complained that the free craigslist ads were hurting their classified ad sales. Also people were using multiple listings for the same vehicle. All and all I guess 5 bucks isn't too bad and maybe it will cut down on some of the junk that got listed.
