my friend frank has the same car except its a 31. Rumble seat with golf clubs door on pass side quarter, dual spares in fenders. When you get one of these super rare birds, only 420 made, you better have all the parts it came with in the deal. Parts are real tough to come by. 1932 was the first year for the straight 8 in the oldsmobile.
Makes a great resto-rod.

It doesnt really matter how rare it was before it was butchered. It's like grinding up a registered pure bred bull to make hamburgers. They don't taste different than the rest. They're just burgers. The value was elsewhere. :(

BASICALLY ALL 1932 CARS AND 1933 AS WELL ARE RARE, IT WAS THE HEIGHT OF THE DEPRESSION AND MOST MANUFACTURERS WERE STRUGGLING TO STAY AFLOAT. OVER THE NEXT FEW YEARS THOSE THAT WERE BORDERLINE DISAPPEARED.
PRIOR TO THAT IN 1930--31 WITH GM THE OAKLAND DISAPPEARED , AS DID THE BUICK MARQUETTE AND ALSO THE OLDSMOBILE VIKING. THE DURANT DISAPPEARED.
ALL CARS WE RARELY SEE RESTORED OR STREET RODDED.
I DON'T PRAY AT THE TEMPLE OF THE ALMIGHTY 32 FORD, NEVER HAVE, NEVER WILL, CONTRARY TO THE OPINION OF STREET RODDER MAGAZINE.
