if your a member of the 'VCCA chat' , the question would be answered more easily there, I would think.
I think it is covered in a FISHER BODY BOOK 1933--1936.
Somehow the glass or the frame is held in a puller device and the two pulled apart. But until you actually see a picture of that device its hard to imagine it perfectly. I have seen it pictured but no particular idea where.
Gm used vent windows for a long time and I am thinking that somebody with a repair manual might be able to take a picture of it and post it here along with a verbal description of the operation .

That makes sense, clamp in vice with woo and use wood block to tap the frame away from the glass.
When mine were done on the coupe ( 1974 ) I was sitting out in the sun relaxing getting a tan. Should have had nose pushed into door glass of shop and watched what and how they did it.

I don't think he is asking how to remove the glass, but how to take apart the two pieces of the framing at the pivots?
-
Only way to separate the 2 pieces is to grind the bottom of the pivot bolt and replace....,,save enough length of the pivot bolt bottom end and brad it back again or drill the end and install small screw and washer to stop it from backing up. But I figure there is something the same size to replace the pivot bolt..nothing listed in I-and- I or Filling station . Stove bolt appears to be the same size, will mike it when I disassemble .
Also posted in VCCA chat,,,, no help.... given instructions on glass removal from frame...
;)Finally found VENT RIVET at Filling Station :D :D :D

I misread your initial query and back in 73 when I replaced the glass and the rubber, that's all I remember doing besides having the vent window frame re-plated and the center divider bar .
Guess my frames for the rubber were only needing a paint touchup.
Guess being the first responder on VCCA chat, led them the wrong way in answers.
