Why wouldn't you buy a brand new crate engine from GM?  They have some for all budgets and come with a warranty.

I just installed a 350/290 GM crate engine after getting machine shop prices to rebuild the one I had it was a easy call.Runs real nice won't be able to test drive till spring to see what kind of power but should be more than enough.

Where did you buy your engine? I'm looking for a Chevy 5.3 LS.

My brother found it at a dealer in Alberta Canada its not a LS
