Title: Glen Rarick collection
Post by: EDNY on December 13, 2020, 04:41:02 PM
If there was ever a person that needs to be recognized it's Glen Rarick of Lafargeville, NY ... he is a walking encyclopedia of early Chevy and GM cars and parts.

Every time I walk around with Glen he just fills the air with rich automobile history...he would be a great "feature" for any vintage automobile magazine.  Wish I had contacts to suggest a feature article in one of those magazines!

Anyway...here is a sample of his cars... you ain't seen nothing yet until you walk through his garage to see all of his ongoing projects. One item that caught my eye  is a brand new all aluminum 409 engine on stand waiting for a car.

He likes convertibles..here are a couple of random pics of his 33 Masters, 33 Standard and others.  The finish work is comparable to any rod builder you see on TV.  He knows Chevy performance and with his sons has a long background in building and racing stock cars.

AGAIN I WASN'T PREPARED TO TAKE PICTURES These are just a few cell phone shots.

Very cool. Seems, from his sign, he is a humble kind of guy. I'll bet he is pretty personable and doesn't mind talking?

Just read his sign wonder if he has garnish moldings for a 2 door sedan?
