Dayton Fayette Dexter trailer wheels 15" and brake parts

(1/4) > >>

EDNY:
Don't expect anyone here to be interested in these unique wheels...but since they are taking up room in my barn...may as well list them.  Getting real tough to find these wheels and brake parts.

They are 15" wheels, I have the brake shoes, springs and magnets for two drums.

Ed the one with the tire on the rim is exactly what i have on my Jayco travel trailer in 15 inch and my car hauler is exactly the same size only with 15 inch. I have seen them with 16 inch but only once or twice. They go by some other name up here in canada  cant put my tongue on what the name is  I think if you google DEXTER wheels you might just hit the nail on the head  vette59jdwl

I know they are hard to find, did have a couple 14" versions that I gave away.  Should have mentioned I have the lug nuts also...if I remember correctly they are left and right threaded like the old MOPARs.

BTW: I added Dexter to the description title..Thanks

Ed

You are apsolutely correct  I was running down hwy 17 and i heard this ping  then a few miles down the road kerwack out went my west coast mirror. I pulled over just outside of Arnprior and lo and behold on the drivers side rear tire only 2 lugs left  one went in the bush the other into my mirror. I went to Canadian Tire bought a package of 5 YES for Dodge/Plymouth and a tube of locktite. Tightened them all as best i could (by standing on a 4 way) and when i got home marked every single one on the drivers side and drilled and wired them all so there was no more of that fullishness, someone could get hurt. When i did my car hauler i did the same thing drilled all the studs on the drivers side and wired them. I would not mined if i had a spare 15 for the car hauler. I run without a spare ,mind you they are all excellent  but who knows  best be safe than sorry  vette 59 jdwl
PS is your young lad  border patrol or is he customs control
