Yes I still have the grin on my face from todays experience.  Apparently its been a year since I took it to a pair of guys to do all the work, I could not , did not want to , but just turned 75, getting down is tough, getting up is tougher, strength is diminishing as you get older.

A lot of stuff you have to have a lift, crawling around on ground trying to position exhaust pipes, brake tubing and all other stuff..is no fun if not impossible.  It was worth the wait and the cost was more like FRIENDS AND FAMILY.

Throw all this and if having to deal with bad arthritis in your hands like Sammons, not a fun time.

Been making handgun shooting props including steel knock down targets with reset levers etc that I will put out in my wooded area out back.

Just zapped them with black enamel...whenever I spray enamel inside or out it always sticks to my face and beard.  Today I grabbed a new shop rag and large rubber band. Put a "larks head knot" on two corners of the shop rag and had a great spraying mask that covers my nose, face a beard.

EDNY those targets are cool. I need to get after the ground squirrel reduction program. They are all over the place the garden won't stand a chance.

I replaced a leaking power steering pressure line on my wife's 2007 Nissan Quest. It is a PITA!! No room to work! Took about 4 hours. Finally got it done, fired it up....leaking from the fitting going into the rack. I had to take half of it apart to pull the fitting out to take a look, (I thought I might have lost the "O" ring on the fitting). Nope!! I didn't have the fitting seated properly and crushed the tube because it was off-center. Now I have to get a new line and do it all over again, and hope I didn't damage the rack!!!

Thanks guys. It doesn't solve my potential problem (I haven't gotten a new line yet) but it did make me laugh. :)

Trailer is DONE !!!  8)

Finished up the toilet compartment.

Our last (memory foam) bed in the teardrop added alot of weight.
So I had a trick up my sleeve to combat that.

I ordered 2" polyethylene to act as a base.
We use this stuff to make knee pads for the power company. (Pic with hand).

Then ordered some 4" medium density foam for the mattress.
Went into work over the weekend and sewed up the cover.
Once that was done I picked up some Levelor pull down window shades. Light blocking.
Finished up the slide out drawer.

Bedding came yesterday. Let the woman pick it out. Something to break up all the grey and add some pop.

Pretty much ready to move the camping gear in and plan a trip. 8)

Looks great!  Nice work.  Bet you can't wait to use it  ;D
Spending time with my grandkids gets in the way of finishing my car but I don't regret it!

Hey love your camper trailer and look sweet ! Just a question do you already have your bed side picked out or did your wife already pick it out first? LoL 😂

Been tinker around with my Roadster and needed to order SST Allen head nylock bolts for my side glass brackets plus some license plate SST nylock bolts!
Here’s a few pictures today plus add red loctite to my front new bumper guards brackets!
Plus trying to be cool 😎 with the foam bench seat like Toms 33 Chevrolet cabriolet! LoL plus could not find a horse 🐎 blanket!
