I now am continueosly getting a code P0103, mass air flow sensor, and a rough idle. The maf, t/b, tps and tac are newly installed. I tasted that the voltage and ground on the maf are good, and no vaccum leaks. All connections are good. Ran new ground to ecu, no change. Has an after market Jegs intake the uses a conversion cable for the map sensor. Had it tuned for the intake at a local shop. Any suggestion?

No I don't, I guess I may have to get iy looked at. It idles rough, could a vaccume leak cause this error?

I had similar problem with my '03 5.3 in my Silverado 2 years back.  It would idle rough after start up and would die when you would let off the gas to stop or turn. It threw no check engine light. Had Tom look at it, he said check for vac leak as that seemed to be symptoms. Took it down to my buddy Travis, he put scanner on it. Popped up same code as yours, he tried cleaning maf sensor and still did it. We replaced  sensor, it still did it. Rechecked for vac leak, nothing. Both recomended i run some Baryman B-12 chemtool injecter cleaner through it. First can it got better, 2nd can.... came right back to smooth idle after about 50 miles total. Opinions on this was that my fuel was going sour from lack of driving. Since i have been putting Staybil in fuel twice a year and it has been fine.

May not be your problem at all, but had me scratching my head for a while.

Problem solved, misfiring cylinder 6 from damaged plug. I can be a dummy some times...
