Title: Help locating radiator hose
Post by: EDNY on February 05, 2016, 08:53:34 PM
Just installed a TPI small block engine in my dually project and want to run a mechanical fan, have a temporary fan and hose for now. This is the 1994 cab I installed on a 1995 3500HD chassis - almost done - runs great.

What I need is a 1-1/4" inside diameter flex hose with a 90 degree bend on one end, the hose needs to be approx 29" long. Attached a picture of the hose style I need....been searching online and at my local Advance Auto rack...no luck yet.

unless that ribbed one in the picture already had that bend , I say your going to have a straight one and bend it onto the rad inlet.

Or get metal tube and rubber hose of right inside and concoct a new one from pieces.

Thanks Tom..completely forgot about the link..but that 90 degree bend is a feature that most charts don't list.

The one in my picture has a 1.5" ID and 20" length...they most likely make the one I need...will need to hit more auto shops. Here is the link to the one in the picture:
