Title: Been watching for vintage headlights - these don't work with my budget!
Post by: EDNY on May 20, 2017, 01:46:48 PM
I have a couple sets of headlights already but like to monitor the various styles available...could these increase my car value by a few thousand?

He must have added too many zeros (4,300.00 ?) I suspect the price is closer to $430.

People looking to build PERIOD CORRECT hot rods seek these out so they are not "just another deuce" with oversized commercial headlights out front.

I have seen similar types and brand sell on ebay for "out there prices".  You can put WOODLITES and the ones that look like 3/4 of a football with the end cut off, whatever they are called, on the same 'goofy stuff' list .

There was a black 32 ford phaeton , hiboy ?? at the GNRS in 2014 that was loaded with STUFF, including 16" ?????  black steelie wheels , pines winter front and other kitschy stuff, like the radiator ornament .

Here is picture...........16" steel wheels, electroline head lights, think has special hood with more louvers than stock ?

Add says, ready to install.
If I was paying that much, I'd want the things to install themselves.  ;)

A couple of buddies are putting a 29 Ford pickup together and just bolted up a set of "9 inch" commercial Model A lights to the vehicle...in person I like the size. ;)

I like my car just fine with the $100.00 Speedway lights. My whole build didn't cost much more than those lights!!!
