I just discovered that I need a pair of 1933---1935 Chevrolet headlight mounting parts for my shazzbott.
They fit on the headlight bar between the bar and the headlight allowing the headlight to swivel up & down and left too right.
Anybody have a pair ???

I am not running stock headlights but aftermarket GUIDE B 682 something . That's why I will need these special parts.

If they are round and ovaled out in the center? A buddy of mine bought a pair like that from a company called Burts early ford here in Colo, but they were a model A part I believe? If you can't find the other units maybe these would work.. I like the guide headlights! I usually use them on all my projects.

A friend of mine just sent me pictures of his dietz headlights he is using on model a pickup and that part is in the bag of parts he got to use..
What I need is a lot thicker and I think would only have come with the GUIDE B682 sealed beam headlights. These 2 parts needed could be machined up.
Will have to take a head light off and take picture of one.
keeps raining here, where is NOAH when you need him ?

Mike,
There's one on ebay.

That's the bottom of a driving light or fog light of the 33-36 era.
I discovered what I need will have to be machined, unless I can find a wreckers with a bunch of late 30's--40's truck scrap yard that has the GUIDE sealed beam headlights mounted on top of fenders.
The stock head light bars have the nipple that sits upwards and INTO a stock headlight pot where its a female design and the NIPPLE sits inside the female pocket of the headlight shell with a carriage bolt that allows the headlight to swivel and be adjusted.
The system of the guide light on top of truck fenders doesn't allow the stock headlight bar and the guide truck headlight to work together properly.

I actually found a pair for sale on ebay and bought them.. They are for a ford headlight system. They will allow the headlight to swivel l to r and up and down. They are put away with a hole lot of other stuff until I get way along in the build.
