I'll hang on to them for a while, you never know what will turn up around here. I also have no problem with finding them a new home. There is a no reason why all of the body would have to be from  Plymouth as long as they worked well together.

Nice try, Sixball! I've seen your work, you're as good as anybody here. I remember you cutting and splicing a valve cover a while ago. If I had tried that I would have had oil shooting all over the place. And sometimes you guys start talking about stuff and I want to chime in, but you guys are talking way over my head.

Oh, That. Did I forget to tell you that when I started grinding the welds that piece went to hell.    The metal is very thin and those things aren't as straight as they look. I did however  learn how to make the next one work. It will have to be cut in different places and fitted better before welding. Good thing I have a pile of GMC stuff. I also picked up a straight 8 valve cover that is way thicker and will only need one weld for length.    If I learned from my mistakes I be the smartest guy around.

I thought that was how you learned, was making mistakes. Or you can buy a lesson
