Saw a smaller unit a couple years ago...but what a deal...have a vacation and take your critters with you and enjoy those fresh eggs daily! ;)

Free range chickens meet free range predators, it's not a pretty sight.  :o I'm building chicken tractors that I want to try next summer. They are small moveable coop/pens. The chickens are outside and have access to new pieces of ground every day or two. Tere is a small shelter attached.

Up here the most vicious killers are mink and weasels...they get in kill everything and leave.

Coyote's  are really bad here free range chickens wouldn't have a chance

That is my H&R .308 Varmint single...I now use a Thompson Center Encore Pro Hunter stainless in 280 Remington. Shot my buck last Wednesday with the 280. Took a lot of deer with the 308.
