Good reminder to have this topic come back up every once in a while. I see that the HAMB is getting a regular diet of spammers.

I see that the HAMB is getting a regular diet of spammers. The more successful a website becomes, the more spammers it attracts. On one site I have been on for years where they get a million visitors every month, it is a full time job for several of the mods to keep the spammers at bay. One of the mods mentioned to me that there is actually a website which lists known spammers so you can avoid letting them into your site.
