My buddy sent me this pic. I don't know where he comes up with some of these. All I could think was Sixball could get up his drive way. (If it had an underdrive, power steering and some real brakes)   

Then I remembered dad had a history book on Chevy's and there was a proto-type Chevy/Goodyear thing. Found book and pic, not as tall as the Ford homemade though.

Those would work. They remind me of some special order cars Studebaker used to send to Sadi Arabia in the '50s.

Sixball, I had never heard of them before. Really neat video towards the end of that page. That would have been a hoot to do the testing on them! thanks for posting that!

Grandpa (dads father) was a long time Studebaker man. Dad had a really cool '51 1/2 ton short bed with a '55 President 249? V8, 3-on the tree and overdrive. That thing was smooth.
