Yes I was, Sammons. I worked at a Sunoco station. I started in 1975, a sophomore in highschool. When I first started working there I thought the front caliper bleeder screw was a grease fitting! I learned an awful lot there, went to tech school, worked full time for a Linc/Merc dealership, then moved on to become a cop. But, I never stopped working at that gas station. I finally had to call it quits when the station was sold in 1995. There were many, many nights when I would just go there to hang out. Lots and lots of great memories and friends. The gas station is now a minimart.
