the tail light license plate holder fits all ; coupes , roadsters, phaetons 1933-1935 .
In late 1934 after the first few 200 or so standard series cars, the 2 door sedans were lengthened in the body by 2" longer. Chevrolet produced a bumper mount mounting arms as seen on most 1935 std series 2 and 4 door sedans .
surprising how many of these lic--tail light mounting arms regularly appear on ebay at prices all over the board.
couple of makers actually produce the arm only for left and optional side right

Tom....thanks for posting....bought it ...now need passenger side. Thanks
-
THE PASSENGER SIDE IS EXACTLY THE SAME, EXCEPT FOR THE LICENSE PLATE HOLDER PART.
ON THE PASS SIDE SIMPLY CREATE A FILLER PIECE FROM SAME THICKNESS METAL AND TACK IT IN FROM INSIDE. DO NOT FILL IN THE FILL IN PIECE THE SEAMS AND IT WILL LOOK TOTALLY ORIGINAL. OR FILL THE GAP, YOUR CAR YOUR CHOICE.
SOMEBODY DOES MAKE THE RIGHT SIDE WITHOUT FILL IN PIECE.......I & I REPO, MAYBE 'THE FILLING STATION', OR AMERICAN MUSCLE ON EBAY.
AN ORIGINAL ONE WILL SET YOU BACK OVER $125 UNLESS YOU GET LUCKY AND NOBODY ELSE IS PAYING ATTENTION.

ITS A 1935 CHEVROLET MASTER SERIES AND A 1936 MASTER SERIES AND A 1936 STANDARD SERIES.
THE 35-36 TAILIGHT POT HAS AN L BRANKET ON THE BACK OF THE POT AND THIS IS HOW ITS HELD TO A MOUNTING ARM.
WHATS SO RARE IS THE FACT THIS IS A COMPLETE *** RIGHT HAND SIDE *** OPTIONAL TAIL LIGHT ARM ASSEMBLY, THATS WHY IT FETCHED THE $$$$$$$.
I SOLD A POT AND LENS 2 YEARS AGO AND IT HIT $220.00........AMAZING.
THE 35 MASTER 36 MASTER 36 STANDARD WERE CONSIDERED THE UGLY DUCKLING OF CHEVROLETS, UNTIL RECENTLY AND THE STOCK OF THE MORE DESIRABLE 1933---1935 BODY DESIGN HAS THINNED WAY OUT AND PRICES HAVE ESCALATED.
SO PEOPLE SEEK OUT LESSER COST , LOWER DEMAND CARS AND RESTORE BUILD THEM. I OBSERVED THE SAME THING WITH 1937 FORDS IN EARLY 1980'S, LONG CONSIDERED THE UGLY DUCKLING OF FORDS, A GUY NAMED ORVILLE ELGIE IN SO-CAL BUILT A GREAT STREET ROD , IT MADE COVER OF R & C MAGAZINE, VOILA , A NEW POPULAR CAR EMERGED. EDITOR OF R & C , BUD BRYAN, HAD TO DOWN HIS DISH OF CROW.......CHOKE ON IT.

PERSONALLY I ALWAYS THOUGHT THE 38 FORD WAS A FUGLY.
