Just got back up
I spoke with the rep on Friday and said I'm sure the router is bad, she says no way..I'll put a service request in for you (Friday PM). Stayed home all weekend for nothing..they are a M-F outfit. So about 10a today after no one shows up I drive down there with their old router and ask for a replacement. They say that a serviceman will be at my place shortly, the rep calls and says let me run a couple more tests...I tell her I'm sure the router is bad..she says nope! The service guy shows up at around 4pm..plugs in a new router
and I'm back on line.
