Title: 1936 Taillight housing getting closer
Post by: Coley on December 05, 2017, 11:59:55 PM
I started working on this project 3 years ago, on an on again off again basis.
This last month I finally had time to get going on it again.  The wall of the housing is still too thick and makes them a little heavy. This one weighs in at 18 oz.  I am going to make it as light as I can in the next couple weeks.  The long sedan RH stand is coming along well also.

Well, a lot of time is spent trying not to pull your hair out by the roots, HEHE.
I got it down to 15 1/2 OZ today....Lots of sanding on the inside of the core mold.
