Makes you wonder but I think eBay will guarantee it. It's a hot rod it has a '49 Plymouth bumper.

Now with more than one pic, it looks really complete. It would make a nice Hotrod project that wouldn't leave you chasing body parts for years.

That is a very complete car. Could be easily restored but would also make a great period mild custom.
