Sorry can't help with supplying parts but here is what the components look like. I couldn't find anything that shows how they go together but at least you can see what your missing. I can't get a tracing from mine because or the tight quarters under the dash with my gauges and wiring. Maybe you can compute the size of the parts by using the vent screen as a reference for scale.   Try going to the VCCA Chat site and posting a want ad there. Some usually has what you need.

I have one from my 33 Master...could scan it and email it to you. Or just trace it on paper and mail it out so you'll have a pattern to work with.

I'm sure it's different...but might be something to start with if you have a plasma cutter?

Not sure if I'm going to use it for sure...may just hook up a solenoid to open/close the vent.

62131, got it in the mail yesterday. GREAT!! It's perfect! Thanks very much, I'll try making one this weekend.....or maybe the 4th if I can sneak away from the barbeque ;)
I'll be happy to pass this template along to anyone who needs it, or maybe make a couple extra if mine comes out nice enough. Just let me know. Thanks again.       Jim
