Ghost I was watching the radar, I was hoping you were warm enough to keep the snow from building up. Man that did keep looping over and over. Same thing with us on the rain, got about three inches here.

We had some storms around here late yesterday. Most were 30 miles away just west of Dodge City. We could see them from here! They said 13 tornados, most were around Dodge. A friend sent me a pic of the larger hail stones.
The this afternoon A friend sent me this pic of what's left of a customers p.u..
FATnLOW how did you fair? Looked like you had bad weather yesterday to(and this morn).

We have been getting hammered here to with the rain, many areas are still recovering from the last storm on 21 of March that had high winds ,rain . hail and tornados, Last night and early this morning at 4 am had one heck of a cell come thru and dumped 2 more inches of rain on top of the 5 inches that we had from Sunday and Monday. We get the rain then we have to contend with the hot humid conditions.

Sammons.....I see that Kansas is getting hammered again with the threat of tornadoes , severe winds and a lot of rain...Hope that this is not in your area... I see it was around Dodge City and Wichita. Looks like the large cell is East of you

Yee Haw, right in the thick of it. Neighbors are over(good basement) news keep seeing rotation. Little ones here and there, but raining like all get out. Creeks full and hail. Few miles south friend said 4" hail. Looks like another hour.
Thanks Chopper. My house sits in a low location and good basement. When we built it my brother had to skeedattle back to California before it was completed. But he made me promise to put on all of the hurricaine ties and earthquake straps. I felt real good on the heavy Calif code stuff, but........5yrs later the big EF5 Tornado hit Greensburg. With that much force, nothing is safe! One never thinks of a truck going through your house
