Slow and steady Sixball…….. Big difference in that apron, Ed, looks great. Never used foam core boards, how thick are they? I might be concerned they would dent.

Foam core boards. Hmmm. Interesting.Mostly we use Luan or aluminum sheet. The suppliers have (what they call) water proof door board. It's a thicker black cardboard and I doubt is waterproof. You could paint the luan for waterproofing but it really isn't needed.If it's stiff enough , im sure it could be used.Most door panels are 1/8" thick.This brings up a great subject though. I've been trying to figure out the most lightweight way to build the inside of my cargo trailer conversion. Things like lightweight cabinets, the bed and storage.I may have to look into this stuff.
