NHRA Hot Rod Reunion Epping NH
« on: September 14, 2013, 04:54:20 PM »
I took a vacation day yesterday to attend the NHRA Hot Rod Reunion.  It's a three day event, Thursday, Friday and Saturday but I couldn't attend the Saturday part of the event due to my nieces wedding.  Friday was a fun day but rain cut the drag racing to about half the day.  Saturday had a Cacklefest which I would have love to see but maybe next year.  Here's some pics of the Chevys in attendance.
Spending time with my grandkids gets in the way of finishing my car but I don't regret it!

Some vintage race cars.  I love the 37, it went down the track nice and straight.

Thanks for the pics Tom...we just don't have that number of Chevy's around here. Sounds like you had a busy couple of days.

Don't know about you guys...but if I want to get in a good mood..I turn on my speakers and hit that "Rock-A-Billy radio link on the home page.  Then scroll around the pictures of the street rods like Tom submitted and those in the gallery.

Tom I Looked for you on saturday. That was the BEST show. I went with Jeff. I think you talked with him in manchester. He was parked next to me when you seen my car. He has the gray 50 chevy pickup very fast. He was a tec. for G.M. for 20 years. After that show Jeff said I will be racing next year.

I only went on Friday.  Couldn't make it on Saturday due to a wedding.  I heard the Saturday show was excellent.  The guy I went with to the show with has Gasser Fever now!
