was a one bar bumper a option in 31 instead of the two bar?

From all the information that I have the only the double bars were offered in 31 but that being said even the double bar bumpers were optional and installed at the dealer at the customers request. I would believe that some dealers would install the 32 pumpers for their customers and you will see quite a few 31's with the single bar bumpers. Here is a link to the 31 Chevy specks in .pdf format that is published by the GM heritage center. All the way at the bottom they picture and describe the 31 bumper options.
